NetEnrich Launches Small Business Services For MSPs

NetEnrich Monday unveiled a new package of IT services dedicated to small businesses, which the company will offer to managed service providers exclusively through Ingram Micro.
NetEnrich's Small Business Services are designed to give solution providers a service delivery framework to manage a small business' infrastructure remotely, eliminating technology headaches for customers that don't usually have a lot of dedicated IT staff. NetEnrich said the services package also helps MSPs by allowing them to offload basic IT monitoring and management to NetEnrich, reducing the need to hire or certify more staff or send them on-site to clients.
Jennifer Anaya, vice president of corporate marketing at NetEnrich, said SBS is targeted at small businesses with 50 or fewer employees. "This gives MSPs a good collection of services to sell to those smaller businesses," Anaya said. "The SBS package is like oxygen because for many smaller businesses, their IT infrastructure is suffocating them."
NetEnrich said its Service Delivery Framework offers a “single pane of glass” view into a small business customer's server and network environment, along with applications, such as Exchange, Active Directory and Microsoft  Small Business Server. The standard SBS package includes one server and operating system, including up to three infrastructure applications that will be monitored, managed with standardized preventative care (patching and A/V update).
The SBS package also includes one firewall and Internet Service Provider (ISP) management via up/down monitoring and full-ISP remediation with reporting, or one-L1 router or switch managed; desktop preventative care that includes anti-virus updates for up to five desktops; and business-critical operations reports. Solution providers can add extra servers, desktops and network devices depending on the client, with the maximum limit being five servers, five network devices and 50 total employees.
One of the key features for solution providers in NetEnrich's SBS, according to Anaya, is the management and elimination of unexpected alerts so that MSPs are hassled on weekends or late nights. "Solution providers told us they were getting inundated with alerts," she said. "So we created the package to be a fully managed service capable of taking care of all those alerts."
The SBS package is powered by NetEnrich's Agent, an IT operations tool that performs remote monitoring for infrastructure and application instances and report of SOPs (standard operating procedures) defined by ITIL. Meanwhile, alerts and updates are delivered through Autotask and Connectwise. NetEnrich also provides MSPs with an enterprise-class network operations center (NOC) that's ISO 27001-certified and fully staffed 24x7 every day of the year.
The NetEnrich SBS package is now available only through Ingram Micro's Services Division.
